Değerlendirmeye ilişkin kurallar

I - devam - derse fiziksel olarak katılma puanlanacak, ciddi bir zaman harcıyoruz yolda, bunun bir karşılığı olmalı - bkz PSIS. 100 puanın  20-30 puanı oradan. 3. hafta itibarı ile yoklama almaya başladık, sanırım 3 ders devamsızlık hakkınız var toplamda.

II - dönem sonu ödevi ve sunuşu: . herkes çevresinde gözlemlediği / deneyimlediği (ya da bir yakının deneyimlediği) gentification ile bir şekilde alakası olan bir süreç üzerine kısa bir ödev hazırlayacak. Bu ödev derste tartıştığımız kavramların yanısıra ilgili süreçle ilgili basit literatür taramasında karşılaşılan kavramların harmanlandığı bir kompozisyon olacak. Bu ödevi hem yazılı olarak teslim edeceksiniz (kelime aralığı üzerine konuşuruz 1200-1500 bandı gibi düşünün ama şimdilik), hem de sunuşunu yapacaksınız.  Sunuşlarda alanı ve süreci anlamamıza imkan sağlayacak kadar görsel malzeme olmalı, sunuşta süreci anlatmak için kullanmayı tercih ettiğiniz kavramlar net bir şekilde yansıtılmalı, sunuşta yazı değil görsel ve az sayıda bullet point şeklinde metin olmalı. Sunuşlar son 3 ya da 4 hafta olacak (bu süreçte kaç kişinin dersi bırakacağı belli olunca netleşicek hafta sayısı). Alan seçimi ve ödev ile ilgili:

1. daha önce bu konuda yazılmış bir yayın olmaması - var ise bunun belirtilmesi ve sizin çalışmanızın bu çalışmadan neden ve nasıl farklılaştığının anlatılması gerek. 
2. bir gentrification türüne giren, gentrification'a benzeyen yönleri de olan, benzemeyen yönleri olan ya da derste tartıştığımız kavramları kullanarak tarif edebileceğiniz bir süreç
3. Bu alana dair birincil data toplayabiliyor olmanız ve bu datanın mülakat ve gözleme dayalı olması bekleniyor - (bizzat gidip gözlem yapabileceğiniz, ve/ya bir kaç derinlemesine mülakat yapabileceğiniz, bizzat gidemeseniz de uzaktan bulduğunuz kontaklarla online görüşmeler yaparak)

III - dönem içi makale okuma, özetleme ve sunma ödevleri: 40 - bunun iç dağılımı sonra - haftalık verilen okumalarla ilgili ödevlerin yapılması, sunuş yapılması gereken haftalar sınıfta bulunulması ve sunuş yapılması. not: sunuş yapması gereken hafta mazeretsiz (resmi mazeret: sağlık raporu gibi) bir şekilde gelmeyenlerden -30 -20 puan düşülür. 

bu üç kalem artı eksi 10 puan oynayabilir. 

IV -  Sınav: yıl içi sınavı olmayacak, yıl sonu sınavı olup olmayacağına dönem sonunda karar verilecek

V -  bonus puanlar: sınıf içi tartışmalara katılım, derse fayda, yeni bir şey öğrenme gibi tamamen subjektif kriterlere göre verdiğim ek puanlar.

ders ile ilgili okumaların bulunduğu drive klasörüne ulaşmak için TIKLAYIN... 

önümüzdeki haftalarda seminer formatında ilerleyerek her hafta 4 makale tartışacağız. her öğrenci bireysel olarak bir makaleyi sunacak. Sunuş yapacağınız makaleyi çözümlemek için MAXQDA’den faydalanmanızı bekliyoruz. Bu assigment ile ilgili sunuş öncesinde aşağıdaki dört dosyayı classroom’a yüklemeniz gerekiyor (tüm sınıfla paylaşılacak bu dosyalar). dersten önceki gün gece 23:59'a kadar ya da dersin olduğu gün sabah 9:00'a kadar yüklemenizi bekliyoruz.
